After selecting your vehicle, we provide recent sales data to give you a clear view of current market values. A maximum bid is then agreed based on the vehicle's condition, mileage, auction grade, and market trends. This defines the highest price we will bid on your behalf, ensuring a strategic approach while protecting you from overpaying.
Your deposit is applied strictly toward your approved vehicle purchase. No action is taken without your confirmation.
Auction Bidding
Once the deposit is confirmed, bidding is conducted through Japan's auction network based on your approved conditions.

You are kept informed throughout the bidding process.
How auctions workFinal Payment
Once your vehicle is successfully secured, a final invoice is issued covering:
- ■Auction invoice price — exact amount paid at auction
- ■Service fee
- ■Domestic transport within Japan, depending on the auction location
Vehicle Registration & Preparation (On Request)
Registration and vehicle preparation can also be arranged as part of the process. These services are not included in the standard service fee — they are offered on request and reflected in the final invoice accordingly.

- ■Vehicle preparation (maintenance, inspection, and required servicing)
- ■Interior and exterior detailing, including premium finishing and glass coating
Payment is completed based on the issued invoice to proceed with the process.
The official auction invoice is shared for verification, reflecting the confirmed purchase amount without adjustment. To ensure smooth processing and avoid delays, payment is required within 3 working days after invoice issuance.

Once all procedures are completed, the vehicle is prepared for delivery.
